- Billing information (processed securely through Tibe Finance, a Quebec-based payment processor)

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with our legal obligations. Active client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship. Prospect data is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
